Once traps are pulled and the wildlife issue contracted for is deemed finished the customer has a 30 day grace period where if the same wildlife issue takes place in the same location then the already paid fee applies and nothing additional will be charged. After 30 days any wildlife issues including those by the same species or in the same location are deemed new and additional charges will be applied. This policy can only be used ONE time and excludes any wildlife issues (same or different species) in other locations on the property.
